Technical support

Technical support is provided for every Elbo Controlli NIKKEN product.

Qualified staff look after all our client’s needs.

We can be contacted via email or by phone. By phone the head of our Technical Service department will try to understand the problem and verify if the problem can be resolved immediately.

Analysis can be made in different ways:

  • A replacement part with replacement instructions is posted
  • The part is sent to our laboratory here at Elbo Controlli NIKKEN for damage asessment and a repair estimate. The part is repaired only after the client has agreed beforehand
  • We fix an appointment with the client to repair at their place of work

For external support requested by the customer a maximum intervention period of 4 days should be allowed, 2 days for internal support.
