MECT is one of the most important machine tool tradeshows in Japan. It is held every two years in the Autumn at Port Messe Nagoya (Nagoya International Exhibition Hall) in Nagoya. This year MECT started on October 23rd and ended on October 26th.
MECT 2019 was fascinating with over 1700 stands and around 70,000 people visiting from all over Japan. We had an incredible number of visiters come to our stand where we could reach out and show off our technology and solutions through demonstrations.
We exhibited our products and innovations at the NIKKEN Kosakusho Works Ltd stand (Hall 1 Stand 1B-52).
What did we present at the MECT Nagoya?
- the new E346V + presetter: boasting a new 15" vertical touch screen monitor, NEW high performance software, VACUUM system for tool holder clamping and oversized structure
- E46LA: AUTOFOCUS function allows you to automatically measure tools without manual operator intervention, multi-cutting acquisition cycle, DXF profile creation function through automatic rotation of the tool to memorize rotation development and generate the design in DXF.
- TID (Automatic Tool Identification System) : the ideal tool for managing tool identification data. Reliable. Efficient. Flexible.
