The E46L and E68L presetter machine series have evolved, transforming themselves from “simple” presetting machine for the tool preparation into real centers for the management of tool data. This is how the E46L IS and E68L IS presetters were born.
The IS acronym (Integrated Solution) identifies the presetter machines ready for toolroom management: they are equipped with TP32 (Integrated Tool Management System) and TID (Automatic Tool Identification System) and they allow you to significantly reduce production costs and optimize the material supply system, thanks to efficient management.
But the advantages do not stop there: manage your tool warehouse, check your vending machine with loading / unloading equipment, set up your machine tools and much more.
The IS presetters are equipped with two Full HD 22” vertical touch screen monitor:
- the main monitor (left) is dedicated to all presetting and tool measurement functions
- the secondary monitor (right) has been developed for TP32 tool management and TID tool identification
