The E46LA IS presetter machine is the integrated solution for your toolroom: the preset is equipped with TP32 (integrated tool management system) and TID (automatic tool identification system) which allows complete management of the toolroom, significantly reduces production costs and optimizes the material procurement system.

The AUTOFOCUS function allows you to automatically measure tools with no manual operator intervention. You can also set the measurement priority for the X or Z axis.
No need for data entry and preliminary operations: the software automatically recognizes the number of cutting edges and based on the size of the tool, increases or decreases the rotation speed for better measurement acquisition. Made to measure for you.
But that's not all: the multi-cutting acquisition cycle is an automatic recognition and measurement of each single cutting edge detected during the complete rotation of the spindle. Plus a DXF profile creation function: automatic tool rotation to store the revolution development and generate the drawing in DXF. The future is now.
By using natural granite for the base and column guarantees maximum precision. The thermal expansion coefficient of natural granite means the machine can operate in the workshop.
We carefully took into consideration the structure and sizing of the base during the study phase. Made from construction steel, welded with TIG and continuous wire, it presents the machine with a particular rigidity which guarantees high precision and no deformation.
The tool holder rotating spindle is interchangeable for all types of machine attachment: HSK, ISO, polygonal taper, BT, VDI, etc. Therefore, no adapters needed, making sure we have an accurate and constant measurement.
The E46LA IS is equipped with two 22” touch-screen monitors which are mounted vertically for better viewing. The main monitor (left) is dedicated to all the tool presetting and measurement functions, while the secondary monitor (right) has been developed for TP32 tool management and TID tool identification. In addition, E46LA IS is equipped with the spindle holder identification system (SP-ID). Each time the spindle holder is changed the system allows the preset to identify the spindle holder and suggests the correct machine origins.
The powerful, industrial PC developed by Elbo Controlli NIKKEN supports our machine management software which is intuitive and simple to use.
