Description Digital read-outs B2U
The B2U digital readout is an electronic instrument which can measure movement along the machine tool axes based on the designation of the axes.
Incremental position transducers provide the measurements: measurement resolution and precision depend on the optical scales or encoders used.
The B2U digital readout can be adapted to all types of machines or machine tools by changing the machine parameters for example, the resolution, the number of decimal places and the counting direction. B2U digital readout makes an accuracy measurement thanks to the support of optical scales for lathe, milling machine, etc. All data is stored in Flash® memory; ensuring maximum reliability even after long periods of inactivity.
The keyboard is made of waterproof and anti-oil silicone rubber which provides solid contact when pressed.
On display during operation:
- Axes dimensions are displayed in red;
- Indicator for real-time reading of axes diameter;
- Indicator for the absolute or incremental sizing system;
- Indicator for reading in millimeters or inches.
A PC or printer can be connected to the B2U digital readout via its serial connector. Measurements can then be transferred to paper to certify pieces, or to be subsequently processed as part of a production control with SPC methods.
